*PhD students and active researchers that have obtained their highest academic degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) less than five years prior to the registration deadline date.
** Students and early career scientists interested in applying for a FEMS grant for attendance can check for conditions and eligibility here

Cancellation Policy for Registrations:
 
  • Until June 30th: No cost
  • July 1st to July 31st: 50% refund
  • After July 31st: No refund
